CSA C22.1 equivalent to NEC 310.11

Do you know of a part of the Canadian Electrical Code that is similar to NEC 310.11, requiring marking of all conductors with rated voltage, type wire or cable, manufacturer ID, and wire size?

The CSA is closer to UL than NEC.
The CEC is the equivalent of the NEC.
