CSST bond point

Can the #6 bond conductor for CSST come from the equipment ground bar that is located in a panel approximately 100' from the point of entrance of the service?l

The panel is fed from a 4 wire SER cable and service disconnect at the meter.

The grounding electrode system consists of driven rods at the service entrance to the home.

Then from that point there is approximately 150' of CSST run to an outbuilding. The run is continuous and terminates at a radiant tube heater.

Next issue.

Should(can) the piping in the outbuilding be bonded from the sub panel that is located there?

The overall distance from the service point of the dwelling to the last CSST fitting in the outbuilding is about 250'

The HVAC contractor is telling me that there can be no more than 75' of CSST without a bond wire attachment.

BTW,
The 2" black iron gas pipe at the utility meter is bonded to the GEC system at the service.

Any help appreciated.

It must go to the service equipment of the building

If the black iron is bonded at the service to the load side of the gas meter than there is no reason to do anything else for the csst.

In terms of the bonding at the detached structure I am not certain but I would probably bond it to the ground rods
