I tried looking on PEPCO website for drawings or literature where they say they need separate enclosures for CT and meter above 400A but couldn't find it. I would like to see a picture of where we have both CT and meter in one enclosure..

One more question is in strip malls where we have a wire trough outside the building and meters connected to those..Do they have CT's and meter in one enclosure?Cause i was able to see the meter but not CT itself...And also while i was looking typical CT cabinets the small holes in the busbars are where the wiring for meters are connected to..Am i right on this?

These are 3Ø, 480 volt meter/CT enclosures, the ones in the foreground are 400 amps the one to the left is 800 amps.

Hi,
This is called a Trans S combo of a meter and CT's and its approved up to 800Amp with Coned and I assume that it's not limited to 1 power company BUT MAKE SURE WITH YOUR LOCAL POWER COMPANY
However, I'm not sure where your job is located
I know where I am at in NYC Coned has a rule that you must have clearance on the sides; The hinge side (left) needs 12" from a side wall or another cabinet; And to the lock side (right) 6" of any Walls or other potential equipment so make sure that you don't have this issue

See Attached

Otherwise it's really a neat and impressive job!!
Kudos to you

I can't talk for another juretiction
However the nice thing about Coned is that they have a book called the blue book (for electrical) which is available on they're site and you can look all of this up And see if anything you do is right or wrong (the pic. With the walls and other meter requirement posted earlier is from that book)
I hope it's all good and no need to rebuild an entire service room
Good luck again and would be nice to hear the outcome

Have a great weekend
