CT Cabinet: # of Separate Laterals

I have an existing 600A CT cabinet feeding 3 separate panels. The owner wants to provide 2 more feeds from this same cabinet. Is this possible? What are the maximum number of laterals from a CT cabinet of this size (~3' x 4' x 1')?

I believe we would need more info. For one is the calculated load going to be under 600 amps? What size wires? Whose jurisdiction does the CT fall under? Around here the CT size is dictated by the power company.
