CT cabinet

Today at work I was building a commercial service with my partner. After we hung the ct cabinet I questioned if there was a maximum height restriction. I seem to recall a 9? maximum height to the center of the box? Is this accurate? Where could I reference this?

POCO providing service.

Where I live its AEP. Their Meter and Service Guide, which can be found online in pdf format, spec's minimum 24" to the bottom and a maximum of 7' to the top.
 
the poco's usually have their own rules for these in their "green books", I believe that the CT cabt's fall under the NESC (?)
 
I don't think there is anything in the NEC on a height requirement for a CT cabinet so long as it is accessible, but I would check with the POCO and the AHJ since it's probably their CT's going in there.

i deal with 3 different poco here and all are the same
