Ct has a lot of locations for the E1. I believe you can find them on the state website. There is a good school in Waterbury, if that is close to you.

FYI - I took CT after taking NJ and found it to be the easiest test I have ever taken. It's computer based and I thought it was pretty easy compared to most. You still need to bone up on your theory and code, but it shouldn't give you too much trouble. Mike's books and sample tests are the best. If you can pass the sample tests every time, you'll be fine.
