Are there any guidelines or periodic activities to replace/check the CT&PT test blocks? Please provide any references if applicable
 
You want to test the test blocks??
Im not sure if any guidelines are there for testing test blocks.
I inspect test blocks every time they are used for protection testing when I insert the paddle.
