I installed a cut in box in a column for power to a cubicle whip. They have installed the cubicle in front of this column and there is only one inch of clearance. Now they are having issues with their whip and are wanting to charge us 6 hours labor to remove the single panel from the wall so we have access to the box. Isn't there a clearance code that says there should be a certain space for access to that box?
