cubicle power poles

hello all just got an addition to a small commercial floor that i could use some input on. New plans are now calling out for cubicles in main open floor area with power poles from ceiling feeding said cubicles. Question is this, these are wide open ceilings (no t-bar) so not sure how to mount power poles to j boxes on ceiling. Are there attachments for this type of install or do these poles have whips in them that hit j boxes. Any input is highly appreciated

I've seen power poles at the photo lab in Walmart that attach to the "red iron" using strut and strut fittings. There are joints in the top of the power pole and sometimes the supplied whip is utilized to a nearby 4 square box. Sometimes the supplied whip is discarded in favor of a field assembled lengthier MC cable from the pole to more distant j-box.

Your situation may be different with a concrete deck. That could use some black paint.
