Could anybody here specify the maximum current & voltage imbalance threshold in a MV-LV oil-immersed distribution transformer, effects of exceeding the threshold, and the specific Standards pertaining to this matter? Thanks.

Ask the manufacturer or search through IEEE papers.

There are some that discuss MV oil transformers but I couldn't tell you if any discuss imbalance. That is more of an engineering and context specific issue than an issue of equipment.
