I have had the cable company out a few times due to cable drops/problems. They found that there was current running on their ground wire that's connected to our ground rod for our electrical service. With my clamp meter around their ground wire, I get anywhere from .45 amps to almost 2amps. This value will go up and down depending on if large appliances are running in the house, or not. When I remove their ground wire from the ground rod, the current goes away. Any ideas?
