The meter at my home is mounted on the utility pole beside my driveway. The GEC exits thru the bottom of the meter and is bonded to the GEC running down the side of the utility pole. So from the meter to the transformer is a parallel path for neutral current. Several weeks ago I checked with my meter and had 3 amps on my GEC. If one was to disconnect the meter GEC from the utility GEC and then hold one in each hand would they receive a shock? Thanks.
