How much inrush current does it take to energize the coil on a small control relay or "peanut relay" if anyone is familiar with that term? Is the inrush current on a small control realy much less than that of a coil on a size 4 starter? How do the normal current or "sealing current" on these differenct coils compare?

Square D ice cube relay = sealed 1.2VA, inrush 6.2VA
Square D size 4 starter = sealed 85VA, inrush 1185VA
