Current transformer mounting on stone veneer

I saw at least 2 bolts shafts behind going into the wall. Everything seemed secure. However, is there a concern with water drainage/entry?

Those cabinets are designed to drain so IMO unless it's falling off of the wall it should be fine. The entry above the live parts would require sealing locknuts on the inside.
