I’ve helped install CT cabinets before but always just landed the primary side and the secondary side under all the lugs, then mounted the window CT around the buss’s but that was it. I didn’t do anything with the meter enclosure so what else is there after that? Do I have to run wires from those CT’s to the meter enclosure it’s a 3 phase 480v 600amp. There are usually little screws or terminals on the CT’s if I remember but after looking at finish installs on some online I see wires coming off those.

Check with your utility, normally they provide the CT's and wiring to the meter, you provide them the conduit to place the wires in, from the CT cabinet to the meter enclosure. then they apply their seal and lock.

Here, the utility only provides the CTs. The contractor provides and installs the CT cabinet and the meter cabinet and installs the wiring between the CT cabinet and the meter can. The utility terminates the wiring between the meter can and the CTs.

When I worked for a power company, my guys wired and installed ALL CT meter bases. Didn’t matter if it was 3S or 9S

You would be blown away at how many are wired wrong. Didn’t matter if it was utility guys or electricians.
Only way I could guarantee the wiring was right was to pull phasers off the meters with software

Well, I have the CT’s

Under ConEd we always installed the CT's, 10 conductor #9 AWG meter cable and the 10 point meter pan. The CT's secondaries were left unwired and the factory shunts are in place. The POCO installed the actual meter and wired the CT secondaries. Depending on the service size the bus had to be removed and reinstalled around the CT's. I might have a few photos.
