Cutout fuse blown twice today.Holder contacts are a little burned.This is a holder that's been reused over and over.Only that fuse on that line blown twice today.Replace the holder as well?

How about finding what is causing the blown fuse?

OP, the cause can be the fuse holder, but it could be something else. Take some amp readings and a thermal scan or a Fall of potential across the fuse holder.

Fuses blow for reason, need to find reason. Likely burned contacts are symptom not cause.
