Dallas TX labor rates

Anyone here know the average hourly billable rate for a journeyman in Dallas being subbed out?

It would be a non complex but detailed drawing driven pipe and wire job in an existing open air 4 story residential structure. All 3/4" and 1" pipe surface mounted off 6-8' ladders. Total hours 2500-3500.

If borrow means legitimately subcontracting licensed journeymen to another licensed electrical contractor-yes!

it's a new region for the company and I don't have enough internal info to understand what the comparables are. We don't have the in house labor to do the job and will sub out a significant portion. We will be on the permit with our Forman on site to oversee. Customer is good with this.
