Damp Raceway?

Here's the situation:
- Conduit embedded in topping slab connecting floor box to equipment room
- Slab is above a parking garage, so not in contact with earth
- Both floor box and equipment room are indoor spaces on same floor

Is the raceway considered dry or damp (due to condensation, etc.)? Should the wire in that conduit be suitable for damp raceway or can indoor (dry) wire be used?

Appears to be a dry location but when in doubt always ask the AHJ. They rather have you ask a question then fail an inspection. In my area for the last 40 plus years wire type THHN/THWN has been used in most conduit runs especially #4 and smaller conductors. This is rated for dry, damp & wet locations.
