Yes, as long as:

1. The fire alarm cable is power limited (Class 2 or Class 3 source)
2. There is no local amendment prohibiting this (check with the AHJ/building departemnt)
3. There is no restriction in the specifications or on the drawings regarding co-location of these cable types.
