I wanted to know what is the difference between MC and AC Cable and what is the application that i can use them.

and if i want to install a cable tray that content an power cables (Low voltage) and another cable trunk (low current)
what the distance should be between them?

In general NEC 800.133(A)(2) says 2" seperation
Keep in mind that there is a distinction between common carrier communications wiring (either analog or digital) and general data wiring (again either analog or digital). They are covered by different sections of the NEC.
