I have a DM II from Amprobe and the Reps cant really help me. I'm trying to record Just energy used in X amount of time. Can I just start recording and stop it on X hour and be accurate. It doesn't give a max amount of recording time on the display, so does any one know how long it will record just energy, without watching it for 8 hours for example. Thanks KEG

Page 17 of the manual in thr "Record Mode" section

"Total Available Time of Recording"

This will vary depending on how you set up the options. The more information and the faster you gather that information, the less time you will have.

Once you have the options set, it will tell you how much time you have.

I've set it several ways and it will time stamp those and give an estimated recording time, but with just energy it doesn't do that and if I throw in any other reading it gives you an error when trying to download.

I understand. I'm sorry but I don't have that specific meter.

I have used RPM and PMI meters and they both have always given me the record time available.

I had a customer with this unit, they asked me to install it and download all data. I had issues and Amprobe help/tech support was TOTALLY USELESS, I connected one of my meters and was done with it.
