Day care in an apt building

Doing a 4 story apt building with a daycare on the ground floor. This happens to be in Mass. I plan to distribute to the units via a metering switchboard in the basement and via SE cable. I'm wondering two things:

1. Can I distribute to the Day care via SE cable?

2. Does the fact that I have a day care in the building have any impact on how I feed the rest of the building?
