Daycare code issues

Hello to all. i am starting to bid a project that is going to be a big daycare facility. It was a clothing store. They are going to gut the place down to bare studs. Its 4300 sq ft on each floor. i have never wired a real daycare like this. What code requirements- nec, ansi, nfpa ,ada, etc. should I be aware of that will affect how I would wire this facility.

Simply follow the engineers sealed design drawings. You do have design drawings, don't you? Oops?
