Hi
The Inspector told my friend during installation of a solar system
to provide ampacity of air cond. (6000 VA, 240v, 1 ph.) controler I belive operating @ 24V DC .
I do not know the frequency.

What should I do?

He wants the ampacity of a air cond thermostat?
most have a small ac transformer or integral power from the unit
maybe 50 va or so
DC has no frequency per se, 0 hz

sounds like he might be messing with you

What has an air conditioner got to do with a solar installation? What has ampacity got to do with frequency? What has frequency got to do with DC?
