For AC - we can not run separate phase or Ph-N conductor s through separate ferrous openings and fittings. Does this rule apply to DC?

Granted - true DC would not have any eddy-current heating, but each occurrence does then encounter some inductance.

The rule is NEC 300.20, and both subsections refer to "conductors carrying alternating current." So 300.20 places no requirements on DC conductors.
