The manufacturer of your drive should be able to tell you, either in the manual or via the help line.
For example, if we were talking about a 250hp Reliance drive, then it would be 351A/480V on the AC side, and 412A/500V on the DC side.
Your drive may vary.
From there follow NEC 310-16 for the sizing of the conductors.
