It is a -48v DC system.Positive is supposed to be grounded.The question is about the return path to the ground.The technician connected the green wire to the rack as seen on far right ,from the bus bar.The rack is then grounded through another wire (not seen).I asked him to connect ground directly but he did it this way.Question is ,is this a code violation?
