Corner grounded delta system? Three phase I get 480 on A and C zero on B

A corner grounded system is actually not much different than grounding the center of a winding. You are establishing the first fault in an electrical source so the next fault will force the OCPD to trip.

Zero is correct on 1 leg if metering to grounded conductor of the corner grounded Delta. All phase to phase should be reading full voltages, 480V.

Corner ground 480 volt Delta. Never heard of it referred as such. I've only ran across two. One that was decades old, the other a new install.
