Deadline question for 2029 code book

Does anyone know the deadline for proposals for the 2029 code book? I’ve got an idea and I don’t want to miss my chance to propose it.

Most likely the Public Inputs for the 2029 code will have a submission closing date of sometime in September of 2026. The system will open for the submission of PIs shortly after the 2026 code is published which should in in August of this year.
This is based on what the NPFA has been doing the past few cycles.

I had a feeling that’s what your answer would be lol . Do agree with Brian that the possibility of the 2029 proposed restructuring of the nec is all but guaranteed at this point regardless
of the financial burden that the restructuring will create across the entire electrical industry?
