Deako switches

Does anyone know if the new "smart" switches by Deako, follow the same box fill code requirements?

As a side bar, does anyone have any experiences with this switch?

314.16(B) doesn’t make any distinction of device fill based on the size of the device.

Anyone wiring a house today should be using deep boxes at every switch in anticipation of smart devices. I use them at every single device box in a dwelling.

I haven’t used it, but I’ve seen them. National home builder that just came to town is using them in their tract homes.
