Dealing with Real Estate Agents

Let this just be a fore warning..when dealing with real estate agents, use a very definitive contract and have them sign it before doing any electrical work. They will do what ever it takes to get a job done dirt cheap, and in violation of the codes and local rules, just to make a sale and beat you out of a buck.
 
So whats so new and urgent about that.
Most want you to go look at a job and diagnose problems for free. Basically what home inspectors charge for.
 
I think every member here appreciates the warning so with that said, I am closing the thread.
