It is truly amazing how some people will pinch a penny and not buy safe equipment to work with, and then others like these guys below will spare no expense.

The first picture reminds me that the girl friend of a sailor who was preparing for a transatlantic single-handed sailboat race was electrocuted using an electric drill on the boat while in the water. The sailor did start when the race began, but he and his boat have never been seen again.
