Deburring Conduit?

The machinists and plumbers have a de-burring tool. It has a handle holding a little, swiveling, curved blade. These are available fron ENCO and perhaps in the plumbing section of HD.

You can also use a scrap piece of the conduit you are using. (A three inch long piece works really well.)
You use the outside of the three inch piece to ream the inside of the piece you want to install, the same way you chalk up a cue stick. Repeat using the inside of your sacrificial piece to deburr the outside.
