Don't know if these are required in other states but here in MA. All hospitals have a U-Haul it sized trailer sitting in their parking lot containing a decontamination "kit" of sorts.

Evidently there is a blow up isolation room, small generator and various sundry things.

Electrically, this gets a 208V, single phase, 20A feeder from the facility (via a cable connection). Obviously this needs to be on the Essential Electrical System and my inclination would be to put it on the Equipment Branch.

I'm just wondering if there is anything in the 08 Code specifically addressing these AND wondering if Life Safety branch would be more appropriate?

Thoughts?

Thanks,

Mike
