I have been asked to install a receptace in a sidewalk for a small fountain. The only info I have on the fountain is; it will be a small unit that will go over the receptacle where the pump will plug into it.
It seems this would be a violation of 680.22. Am I missing something? My superior told me this is standard operating procedure. Is there a way we can declassify this so we dont have to follow 680. I doubt these small pumps have a lug on them for bonding.
