Dedicated Bathroom Receptacles

I am installing dedicated receptacles in my bathrooms. I am wondering if it is a violation to run the fart fan and lights only in that bathroom off the gfci circuit. And can the receptacle be installed next to the sink on a side wall if it is within 36 inces of the edge of the sink?

Since you are not an electrician, we are not permitted to give you "how-to" advice on performing your own electrical installation work. We may, however, cite relevant code sections. I suggest you read 210.11(C)(3).
