Dedicated Circuits - Non residential Buildings

Hello,
Does anyone know if a dedicated circuit is needed for washing machine located in non-residential building? "26-654 b) states at least one branch circuit shall be provided for solely for receptacles installed in laundry room or in space where the complete plumbing is installed to accommodate a washing machine" I take this as laundry room requires dedicated circuit which can include washing machine plus other receptacles/loads. I believe this is for residential occupancy, do non-residential buildings have the same requirements for dedicated circuits as residential buildings do?

Welcome to the forum.

No, not in the same sense as residential installations. It's more of a design issue with commercial.
