Dedicated circuits price

Hello Everyone,

A customer has purchased 4 special toilet seats that require it's own dedicated circuit and gfi protected. It draws 11 amps each. It does something with water ....etc.
Anyway, 3 bathrooms are on the second floor and one on the 1st floor. Full open basement where panel is. I can drill up through 1st floor to do 1st bathroom. I found a closet that I can snake walls through to get the 3 remaining home runs to the attic and then drop them down through wall to the other 3 bathrooms on 2nd floor.

How should I bill this.... time and material or by the dedicated circuit? Medium size house. Doesn't look hard to snake through walls with a hand hole or two in the closet. What would you charge.ball park?

Thank you.

Sincerely,

Static

EEEk! T&M. You just never know what's in the walls. I.e.: it may go smoothly until the last circuit and then you find that someone decided to sheetrock over a brick wall, etc.

I'd go with a set price, but with a clause in the contract about unforseen problems.

no to mention youre drilling down walls full of sewer, vent, and water lines.

remember that picture posted here some time ago where they had uncovered an ABS sewer line that had a piece of romex going right through it from someone drilling down the wall and fishing?

dont forget an indemnity clause to keep you off the hook if you hit something.....

I will go out on a limb here and quote a not to exceed price of 250$ per @ 20A gfci old work home run. I think 200 per with a 50$ per cushion would be fair and safe.

Many, many years ago, I designed a heated toilet seat for my Senior Paper. Got an A.
"Keep Your Buns Balmy With Barclays" was the title.
But, underneath the A, the Professor wrote "Good paper - just remember that 75% of the world's people go to bed hungry every night."
That's stuck with me.
Just send me 1% or 2% royalty, ok?
