Dedicated Electrical "Building" Fire Rating

Do the NFPA standards or building code separate the fire rating and sprinkler requirements for a standalone electrical building separate from any other building? I am installing a pre-fabricated electrical building that only includes two Motor Control Centers and a 1200A switchboard. The room is not going to have sprinkler protection. The question is, does the building need a 2-hour fire rating?

Electrical equipment doesn't affect the fire rating until you get a big transformer (150 kVA) in the space. The architect should be able to tell if it can be unrated construction.
