Dedicated space above a wall mounted transformer.

I am mounting a 15 KVA transformer(single phase,460 to 208)on a concrete wall. According to 110.26(a)(3),The working clearance only needs to be 6.5' high or as high as the equipment, ,whichever is higher. According to 110.26(E)(1)(a) the dedicated space must extend 6' above the equipment. I want to mount the transformer 5' off of the floor. At this elevation, there will be a couple of conduits(unrelated to this installation) within the 6' distance, with the ceiling 5' above the top of the transformer. Can I mount the transformer there ,Or must I find a different location ? There are no other items above the transformer, such as sprinkler lines, water lines ,drain lines, etc. Am I getting working space confused with dedicated space ? They both seem to be the same thing in this instance. Thank You ,Steve Wiese.
