Definition of Structure Construction Types

Where can I find the definition of the Structure Construction Types such as Types III, IV and V which are referenced in Article 334??

Often that info can be found on the first page of the job prints but some info can be found in Annex E of the NEC.

Not to pour salt in your wound, but if you read the FPN no. 2 under 334.10, it tells you about Annex E.
