Definition - Wiring Device strap, yoke & buss

Is there a difference between what some wiring device manufacturers call a "yoke", vs what other manufacturers call a "strap"? Also, what is the breakoff brass buss called where the actual wire connection screws are, that allow one to split wire a receptacle?

Strap and yoke are the same thing (mounting hardware), the connection between screw terminals is simply called a tab.
