Degrees of bend in a "Meter Offset"?

Suppose I used a "meter offset" (as defined in this document: http://www.carlon.com/Master Catalog/Conduit_Fittings_Schedule_40_and_80.pdf) in a conduit run, how many degrees of bend would this be counted for?

I'd say thats 2 x 22&1/2 = 45 degrees

Oh, I call those offset PVC connectors. Being at the terminating point of the run, I'd have no problem ignoring the offset.
