Dehumidifying a range

I had someone ask me about a range that was tripping it's breaker. Just often enough to be a PIA. Daughters House is less than two years old so guessing GFCI.

How long do the elements need to operate to get rid of humidity etc? I would have thought it would be done with by now. The GCs electrician said all is good on their end.

Probably an hour or so. Yeah, I think there are other problems.
