Article 408.36 (C) addresses Delta Breakers and says they can't be used in panelboards. What are they? Where can I find information on them?

Delta breakers have not been manufacturer for more than 30yrs (since the NEC prohibited them). They looked similar to a 2P GFCI except with lugs instead of a pigtail. Two poles plugged on to the panel bussing and the third phase was cabled direct to the breaker.

I know someone on this forum has a picture of one.
