Delta to Delta, 480V to 480V Transformer

I am currently creating a single-line diagram for a client, and I ran across a 112.5 KVA, Delta to Delta, 480v to 480v transformer. The line side feed of the transformer is from a panel that is right next to the transformer. What would be the purpose of such a transformer?
 
One possibility would be to reduce fault current to downstream devices if your service has exceptionally high SCA.
