Delta UPS TR 10KVA

Good day all. I have a problem with installing a Delta RT 10KVA UPS. It shows error code "0×100" and shows error message "Input voltage out of range". In my country, Eswatini, the AC range is 220V~250V. The error code shown here is not listed in the trouble shooting. Please help.

Maybe take a look at the installation manual to see if there are settings to establish the nominal input voltage.

The input voltage range on these is quite large. Are you sure it’s wired correctly?

What’s the actual voltage at the terminals at the unit?
