Delta/Wye Step up Transformer

Primary Delta 208V/Secondary Wye 277/480 Step Up Transformer.

There is no neutral for for this secondary but I still have a HO terminal in the transformer.

The job doesn't require a neutral but I do have ground(green) wires in the secondary raceway.

Do I connect the ground(green) wires to the chassis or do they go to the HO on the secondary side?
 
This is a separately derived system and you will need a grounding electrode and grounding electrode conductor. The code would permit this system to be an ungrounded system, but if you do that you will need a grounded detector to alarm on a ground fault. If you keep it ungrounded, you would connect the EGC to the GEC. If you want it to be a grounded system, you would eliminate the ground detector, and install a system bonding jumper to connect XO, the GEC and the EGCs.
