Demand Factor for motors fed from a panelboard

Hello,

I hope everyone is staying safe.

If you have a scenario where a panelboard feeds 4-6 rooftop units. I sized my branch circuits to each RTU based on MCA and MOCP given by the manufacturer. When you do the panel load calculations, what demand factor do you apply for the total motor load (All 4-6 RTU's)? Do you take the total connected kVA of the motors at 100% or do you take the largest motor at 125% and the rest at 100%?

Any help is much appreciated.
