Demand factor for multiple elevators

i'm trying to find out if i can apply 620.14 to reduce the elevator load to my service calculation.

i've got 3 elevators in the building would like tor reduce elevator load to 0.9
I've got 2 elevators in garage and would like to use 0.95

or can i do even better,

An educational morning. I originally agreed with Dennis, but Smart$'s post was much appreciated.
I find the actual wording typical Code jargon, but, if I understand it correctly, he is correct and I have learned something already today.
